About the role

We are looking for a dedicated and service-oriented individual for our Operations team. This role encompasses both dealer onboarding, including all contract reviews and activating dealers in the RS2 system landscape, as well as customer service – by phone and email.

Responsibilities

  • Creating and managing new customer accounts in the RS2 FS system landscape
  • Performing customer identification and verification, including KYC checks
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and other inquiries
  • Acting as a primary contact for existing customers, answering inquiries via phone and digital channels
  • Handling complaints related to payment transactions
  • Forwarding unresolved problems and complex inquiries to the appropriate departments

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or completed studies
  • At least 2 years of professional experience, ideally experience in customer service or with customer contact
  • Experience in finance, IT or insurance is an advantage, but career changers are also welcome.
  • Confident handling of classic computer application software and general technical tools
  • Fluent German and English skills (both spoken and written)
  • Openness to digital processes and software
  • Strong communication skills and customer focus
